Finni Health, an expanding organization experiencing remarkable 400% year-over-year expansion and nearing financial sustainability with backing from General Catalyst, is recruiting a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager possessing comprehensive FP&A capabilities to enhance our financial strategizing and support continuous organizational development. We're revolutionizing ABA clinics by empowering service providers to achieve sustainable growth while delivering exceptional patient experiences. About the Role As a Manager - Financial Planning and Analysis, you will serve as a pivotal collaborator in defining Finni Health's financial strategy and operational framework. This high-impact position collaborates directly with the Head of Finance and CEO, influencing company-wide performance decisions. You will manage and refine our driver-based operational model, direct critical forecasting processes, generate financial insights, and maintain precise, timely visibility into revenue streams, receivables, and cash flow dynamics. You will implement sophisticated financial modeling and comprehensive due diligence to propel capital acquisition efforts and strategic merger activities. This role is perfectly suited for professionals with Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Series B+, Big 4 Valuation, or MBB experience—individuals capable of immediately engaging complex modeling, providing analytical depth, and elevating Finni's financial precision during expansion. Key Responsibilities FP&A, Budgeting & Forecasting - Lead enterprise-wide planning processes, ensuring driver-based operating models are accurate, scalable, and capable of withstanding rigorous board examination. - Direct annual budgeting and quarterly re-forecasting cycles, transforming static budgets into dynamic accountability tools. - Generate investor-caliber monthly reporting packages, offering clear variance analysis and comprehensive management commentary for Board review. Capital Markets & Fundraising - Coordinate quantitative execution for capital raises, collaborating with CEO and Head of Finance to construct financial narratives and pitch materials. - Manage multi-year operating models specifically designed for investor diligence, demonstrating scenario-based profitability pathways, capital deployment efficiency, and growth acceleration. - Oversee financial data room and due diligence processes, addressing complex investor inquiries regarding cohort retention, unit economics, and burn multiples. - Design capital structure scenarios and develop sophisticated "fund utilization" models to guide post-raise capital allocation, ensuring alignment between investments and growth metrics. Strategic Finance & Decision Support - Construct scenario models evaluating new markets, operational strategies, pricing modifications, and growth initiatives. - Assess potential partnership and merger opportunities, including market sizing, financial diligence, synergy analysis, and integration modeling. - Perform specialized modeling and analysis across departments, ensuring financial alignment with organizational priorities. Finance Operations & Accounting Support - Maintain financially audit-ready documentation, partnering with Accounting to validate historical actuals and reconcile critical drivers. - Collaborate with Revenue Cycle Management to meticulously track cash realization, serving as a bridge between accrual revenue and operational cash flow. - Assist in developing standardized templates, comprehensive reporting suites, and automated workflows for clinic-level forecasting. About You - 3+ years experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, MBB consulting, or Big 4 Transaction Advisory. - 5+ years relevant industry experience. - Proven participation in equity capital raises, M&A transactions, or complex due diligence processes. - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Master's or Professional certifications preferred. - Experience developing operating models - granular internal and narrative-driven investor frameworks. - Advanced Excel proficiency (Index/Match, array formulas, sensitivity tables, data modeling, Power Query). SQL experience. - Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles, 3-statement modeling, and revenue recognition. - Strong analytical capabilities; comfortable managing extensive, complex datasets. - Exceptional communication skills with ability to present effectively to senior leadership. Compensation Range: ₹25L - ₹38L
