Responsibilities
- Develop and strengthen relationships with senior leaders across top-tier consulting and brokerage firms.
- Ensure capabilities and differentiators are well understood through meetings, events, and collaboration with Sales.
- Partner with Sales on strategic accounts and selling processes to increase revenue growth and win rate with designated consulting firms.
- Focus engagement on high-priority consultant offices and markets where influence most drives client decisions.
- Prepare and support leadership for strategic consultant interactions, enabling effective engagement at the highest levels.
- Build awareness about the specialty care category and how to evaluate solutions in this space.
- Develop content in partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Client Success that is specific to consultants and tailored to each specific partner.
- Incorporate consultant insights into go-to-market strategies, messaging, and product positioning.
- Partner with Client Success to reinforce consultant support for clients, share best practices, and sustain long-term growth.
