Alzheimer's Association is hiring a Manager, Field Marketing and Communications

About the Role

The Alzheimer’s Association seeks a creative and detail-oriented Manager of Field Marketing and Communications to provide tactical support across the Central East Territory. You will develop and execute marketing and communications strategies that enhance awareness, engagement, and participation in our mission and fundraising priorities.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and produce marketing tools and templates for local staff, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
  • Create and manage content for newsletters, email marketing, website updates, and social media channels.
  • Design and distribute internal communications materials that inform and connect staff and volunteers.
  • Support digital campaigns, including copywriting, scheduling, posting, and monitoring performance.
  • Assist with creative development and production of promotional materials, collateral, and event signage.
  • Maintain and update regional web pages for accuracy, brand alignment, and accessibility.
  • Provide logistical and creative support for regional storytelling and media outreach.
  • Collaborate with regional and national MarComm colleagues to adapt and share content.
  • Track and report on key digital metrics like email open rates and social engagement.
  • Recruit, coach, and collaborate with volunteer leaders to extend marketing reach.
  • Ensure all communications uphold the Association’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related roles.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel occasionally as needed.

Technical Stack

  • Social media platforms and email marketing tools (e.g., Sprout, Hootsuite, Constant Contact, Mailchimp).
  • Web content management systems.
  • Basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

Team & Environment

You will report to the Director of Field Marketing and Communications.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Compensation range: $68,000 - $72,000.
  • Employees working 24 hours/week or more are eligible for comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, flex accounts, disability and life insurance, tuition reimbursement, generous PTO, 12 holidays, and Paid Family Leave.
  • Eligible for a gold standard 401(k) retirement plan.
  • Full-time employees (37.5 hours/week) also receive an annual School Visitation Day and an Elder Care Facility Day.

Work Mode

This role is based locally in Columbus, Cincinnati, or Cleveland, Ohio.
