EvenUp is looking for a Manager, Enterprise Platform Delivery to lead and scale a team of Technical Program Managers (TPMs) responsible for enterprise onboarding and implementation. At EvenUp, a fast-growing company backed by top VCs and on a mission to close the justice gap with AI, you will own execution across multiple concurrent enterprise programs, set standards for delivery and change management, and partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success leadership.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and scale a team of TPMs delivering enterprise onboarding and implementation programs.
- Establish clear expectations around delivery rigor, customer communication, risk management, and adoption outcomes.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and ramp of new TPMs as the team grows.
- Provide ongoing performance feedback, career development, and mentorship.
- Act as an escalation point for complex customer challenges and delivery risks.
- Own delivery excellence across a portfolio of enterprise implementations.
- Ensure consistent execution of program plans spanning data migration & legacy system retirement, platform configuration & integrations, user onboarding & training, and change management & go-live readiness.
- Drive standardization of implementation methodologies, templates, and best practices.
- Monitor program health, risks, dependencies, and timelines across customers.
- Ensure adoption strategies are embedded into every enterprise implementation.
- Guide TPMs in applying structured change management frameworks.
- Partner with Customer Success leadership to ensure smooth transition from implementation to steady-state success.
- Define and track adoption and readiness metrics post-launch.
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering to align roadmap, implementation feasibility, and customer commitments.
- Collaborate with Sales and Solutions teams during pre-sales and handoff for enterprise customers.
- Communicate program health, risks, and outcomes to internal executive stakeholders.
- Build trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Improve tooling, workflows, and reporting for enterprise delivery at scale.
- Balance customer-specific customization with repeatable, scalable processes.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise security, data integrity, and operational standards.
What We're Looking For
- 8–12+ years of experience in enterprise software delivery, implementation, or program management.
- 3+ years of people management experience leading program managers, TPMs, or implementation teams.
- Proven success delivering complex, multi-workstream enterprise implementations.
- Strong background in data migration, platform configuration, and system integrations.
- Hands-on experience driving customer adoption and organizational change.
- Deep program management expertise.
- Strong understanding of enterprise change management frameworks.
- Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams.
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth environments.
