EX Squared is hiring a remote Engineering Manager to lead and develop our technical teams. You will be responsible for driving engineering excellence and delivering high-quality software solutions.
What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring technical quality and alignment with business objectives.
- Manage team processes, including agile ceremonies, code reviews, and technical design discussions.
- Partner with product management and other stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Own the technical health of your team's systems, including architecture, scalability, and maintainability.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing and growing teams of software engineers.
- Strong background in software engineering with a track record of delivering complex, scalable systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
- Experience with project planning, resource management, and agile development methodologies.
- Ability to thrive in a remote, globally distributed work environment.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position open to candidates located in Canada. You will collaborate with a global team.
