Remote is looking for a Director, PBM Product Strategy and Delivery to lead the vision and execution for our clinical and pharmacy programs. This role is the single point of accountability for product lifecycle management, ensuring our solutions are market-relevant, competitive, and aligned with organizational growth. You will combine strategic product leadership with disciplined program management.

What You'll Do

  • Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for assigned clinical and pharmacy programs
  • Serve as the end-to-end Product Owner, accountable for product lifecycle management from ideation through optimization
  • Ensure products remain market-relevant, competitive, and aligned with organizational growth objectives
  • Support sales and marketing efforts
  • Monitor market for competitive trends
  • Lead cross-functional program planning and execution to ensure on-time, high-quality product delivery
  • Establish clear milestones, success metrics, and governance processes to drive disciplined execution
  • Identify risks, remove barriers, and ensure seamless integration across systems and workflows
  • Partner with Operations, IT, Implementation, Sales, Client Success, Pricing, and external partners to align priorities and deliver outcomes
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans across departments
  • Serve as the central point of accountability and decision-making for assigned products and programs

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Leader accountable for end-to-end product lifecycle management
  • Deep expertise in PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Manager), clinical programs, and pharmacy programs
  • Demonstrated ability to define product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmaps
  • Strong track record of leading cross-functional program planning and execution
  • Experience establishing governance processes, success metrics, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Ability to partner effectively with diverse stakeholders including Operations, IT, Sales, and external partners
  • Excellent communication, alignment, and decision-making skills
