G-P (Globalization-Partners) is hiring a Director of Growth Marketing for Gia, a strategic and hands-on role to architect the full-funnel Product-Led Sales (PLS) engine. You will own growth from visitor to expansion, building a high-velocity experimentation system across the web, onboarding, and lifecycle. It's a foundational leadership position where you'll initially drive execution while building and scaling a specialized growth and lifecycle pod.
What You'll Do
- Own full-funnel growth and drive KPIs across the entire PLS journey: Visitor → Signup → Activation → PQL → SQL → Expansion.
- Accelerate activation and onboarding by partnering with Product and Engineering to define 'aha' moments, improve UX, and reduce time-to-value.
- Scale lifecycle and retention by building sophisticated behavioral segmentation and automated journeys to drive expansion and prevent churn.
- Operationalize PQLs by defining and scaling PQL scoring and routing frameworks with Sales and RevOps.
- Execute high-velocity experimentation, establishing a 'weekly shipping' culture for tests across pricing, packaging, and landing pages.
- Build the growth stack, overseeing the analytics backbone and ensuring clean instrumentation using tools like Segment and PostHog.
- Lead a lean pod, recruiting and managing a high-performing team across lifecycle, paid media, and growth ops as the function scales.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years in Growth Marketing, Lifecycle, or PLG roles within B2B SaaS.
- 2+ years of direct people management.
- Strong product orientation with the ability to speak 'instrumentation' and partner effectively with Engineering and Product teams.
- Hands-on operator capable of shipping landing pages, building dashboards, and designing experiment readouts from scratch.
- Proven track record of driving measurable lifts in activation and retention cohorts.
- Crisp, high-trust communication skills with the ability to translate complex AI value propositions into clear customer outcomes.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI/agentic products.
- SQL literacy.
- Familiarity with the HR Tech or Compliance domains.
