- Drive end-to-end ownership from pain point identification and problem framing to solution design, handoff to execution teams, and delivery oversight.
- Monitor progress across initiatives, proactively resolve blockers, escalate critical risks, and make decisive go/no-go calls for production rollouts.
- Hold execution teams accountable for quality, timelines, and business value realization.
- Build trust-based relationships with business stakeholders to maintain alignment and remove roadblocks.
- Partner with change management owners to embed digital solutions into business-as-usual operations and close feedback loops with stakeholders.
- Track and report value delivery through KPIs and ROI, driving continuous improvement across the portfolio.
- Act as a change agent within assigned domain(s), shifting mindsets toward digital-first, data-driven ways of working and building momentum through visible early wins.

- 5+ years of total experience, including 3+ years in management consulting or digital product management.
- Proven track record of delivering digital initiatives with measurable business impact — revenue growth, cost reduction, or operational efficiency.
- Structured problem-solver with the range to own a strategic roadmap and the hands-on agility to troubleshoot delivery.
Nice to Have
- Agile/Product Management certifications (CSPO, SAFe) or Digital Transformation credentials are a plus.
- Experience ideally in industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with manufacturing, supply chain, or commercial processes is a plus.
Benefits & Compensation
- The opportunity to make a significant impact through data-driven transformation.
- A collaborative working environment with cross-functional teams.
- Professional development opportunities in a global specialty chemicals company.
- Competitive compensation and benefits package.
