Adidas Group is hiring a Manager, Digital Marketing - Douyin to play a key strategic role in accelerating our digital brand social eCommerce strategy in China. Winning on Douyin and Red while delivering a premium end-to-end consumer experience is central to this position.
What You'll Do
- Create Douyin content calendars based on digital product and sales plans for each channel, closely working with store management to understand business needs.
- Manage DP agency, develop and execute marketing budget plans to create high-quality Douyin and Red content under brand direction.
- Drive organic traffic, provide content to support paid traffic, and generate sales through content such as short videos.
- Build a content KPI review mechanism with support from DP and business analytics teams.
- Seasonally update store visual direction based on brand campaigns or platform calendars with support from the UED team.
- Consistently communicate with Douyin & Red platform marketing teams to understand the latest content strategies.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with solid years in the consumer industry and at least 3 years in eCommerce business.
- Strong experience working directly with digital platforms.
- At least 6 years of marketing experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in digital marketing and ecommerce.
- Experience working in an international company.
- Results-driven and process-focused with proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good project management skills.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills, especially in English.
Nice to Have
- Direct eCommerce experience is preferred.
- Passion for new trends within the broader marketing mix.
