Concentra Career Choice is seeking a Manager, Database Services to provide leadership and technical direction for our database infrastructure. You will lead a team responsible for database administration, architecture, and the implementation of solutions in hybrid cloud environments.
What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of database engineers.
- Develop team skills through training and continuous learning opportunities.
- Manage database incidents and implement structured change control processes.
- Design and implement database solutions on Oracle Exadata systems.
- Migrate databases from legacy platforms to hybrid cloud-based environments.
- Architect, design, configure, and upgrade ERP systems.
- Design, implement, and manage OEM and ERP, providing Level 4 operational support in hybrid cloud-based environments.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in IT, Computer Applications, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 7 years of experience in Database Administration for Oracle, AWS, Exadata, Oracle EBS, and SQL Server.
- 7 years of experience in Database Architecture.
- 7 years of experience designing and implementing database solutions on Oracle Exadata systems.
- 7 years of experience migrating databases from legacy platforms to hybrid cloud-based environments.
- 7 years of experience architecting, designing, configuring, and upgrading ERP systems.
- 7 years of experience designing, implementing, and managing OEM and ERP, providing Level 4 operational support in hybrid cloud-based environments.
