1Password is looking for a Manager, Customer Success EMEA to lead our growing regional team. In this remote role based in the UK, you will coach and develop your team to achieve goals tied to growth, revenue retention, and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

Monitor and optimise team performance, track, analyse, and report on KPIs, and address challenges to ensure targets are met.
Lead collaborative team meetings, fostering alignment, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing.
Coach and develop team members through regular 1:1s and performance discussions, supporting them in achieving targets and career goals.
Oversee day-to-day operations, including goal setting, task allocation, and performance management.
Drive departmental and organisational goals, ensuring team alignment with broader business objectives.
Foster team growth and talent development, recruit and onboard new members, and provide structured onboarding.
Champion process improvement to enhance efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.

What We're Looking For

6+ years in the security or SaaS industry, managing customers of all sizes to drive adoption, retention, and growth.
3+ years of success in building and leading high-performing teams.
Exceptional prioritisation skills managing projects, escalations, and balancing team, customer, and company needs.
Customer-centric approach with strong questioning and empathetic communication skills.
Collaborative and cross-functional, skilled at partnering with internal teams.
Influential communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
Fast learner and problem solver, adaptable with a solution-focused mindset.
Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, and other Customer Success tools.
