Docebo is looking for a Manager, Customer Success to lead a team of Success professionals in driving customer retention and expansion. In this role, you will architect learner experiences and act as a catalyst for customer growth by turning business challenges into AI-powered solutions.
What You'll Do
- Own and execute a high-impact Customer Success strategy aligned with global objectives.
- Direct and mentor a team of Success professionals, setting clear KPIs and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Develop and implement standardized best practices and methodologies to ensure scalable and efficient customer operations.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure the voice of the customer drives innovation.
- Monitor account health using customer success platforms and translate metrics into actionable growth stories.
- Identify process improvements and automation opportunities to increase team impact.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of leadership experience in a customer-facing role.
- Proven ability to develop top-tier talent.
- Deep understanding of the B2B landscape and a track record of turning customer outcomes into expansion opportunities.
- Sharp, persuasive, and engaging written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to lead with empathy while staying focused on strategic business partnership requirements.
- Self-driven problem-solving skills and ability to navigate high-volume environments under pressure.
- Discipline to balance time and effort autonomously to achieve team goals.
Nice to Have
- Working knowledge of HR or LMS technologies.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% to connect with customers and teammates.
