CVS Health is seeking a Manager, Custom Quality Solutions to support the development, launch, and optimization of quality programs for CVS Healthspire. You will be instrumental in launching custom quality products and enhancing existing ones to meet client expectations and achieve operational goals.
What You'll Do
- Own key product roadmap items, define strategies or features, outline next steps, execute plans, and ensure they deliver value to clients and the enterprise.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to build customized targeting, outreach processes, and member-facing materials.
- Create and manage reports on product operations, outcomes, and financials.
- Perform and support various tasks throughout the product development life cycle.
- Maintain a current understanding of the landscape of healthcare quality measures and the evolution of compensation models.
- Partner with vendors and teams across the enterprise to ensure client satisfaction, operational effectiveness, and program financial goals are achieved.
- Develop presentations and briefings for internal and external stakeholders.
- Partner with client-facing teams to shape program narratives.
What We're Looking For
- Two or more years of experience in product development, product management, strategy & operations, or consulting.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Nice to Have
- Prior healthcare industry experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work independently with minimal guidance.
- Ability to support multiple workstreams simultaneously, identify and analyze practical problems, adjust priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Highly collaborative; able to develop cross-functional relationships and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- A master’s degree.

- Compensation range: $66,330.00 - $145,860.00.
