BeOne is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Manager of Corporate Strategy to join our team. You will play a key role in identifying and evaluating strategic initiatives that contribute to the organization’s growth and innovation.
What You'll Do
- Monitor and analyze key industry trends and data points to keep the team well-informed.
- Conduct deep diligence of potential strategic ideas, synthesizing information to support decision-making.
- Prepare presentations for team discussions, leadership, and board meetings, ensuring clarity and consistency.
- Create and maintain a robust database to guide idea generation and strategic initiatives.
- Engage with team members and stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
What We're Looking For
- BA/BS degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field with 5+ years of overall experience, or an MBA (preferred) with 4+ years of overall experience.
- 3+ years of experience in strategy, business analysis, or a related role, ideally within biotech or pharmaceutical sectors.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation analysis.
- Strong ability to synthesize complex information and data into actionable insights.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to prepare clear and persuasive presentations.
Nice to Have
- Experience with database management and analytical tools.
- Familiarity with market research methodologies and competitive intelligence gathering.
- Excellent organizational skills and project management capabilities.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation range: $117,000 - $157,000 annually.
- Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness programs.
- All employees are eligible for discretionary equity awards and to participate in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
- Non-Commercial roles participate in an annual bonus plan; Commercial roles participate in an incentive compensation plan.
