Drive sales excellence in North Asia by leading a team focused on expanding market presence within the Mid-Market segment. This role is responsible for building and managing a results-oriented team that consistently exceeds revenue targets through strategic execution and deep customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, mentor, and develop Account Executives to ensure long-term team success and career growth
- Create and implement territory and quarterly plans to maximize revenue opportunities
- Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting using Salesforce
- Deliver consistent training to strengthen sales and product expertise across the team
- Collaborate with Channel and Distribution partners to accelerate customer acquisition
- Build a proactive, hunter-focused culture aimed at securing net new business
- Stay current on cybersecurity trends and competitive landscape to guide strategic decisions
- Partner with senior leadership to identify improvements in team performance and operational efficiency
Qualifications
Candidates should bring a proven history in corporate sales leadership, with demonstrated success in high-growth environments. Strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to prioritize effectively are essential. Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and CRM platforms like Salesforce is required. Experience with cloud security or endpoint detection technologies is a plus. Business fluency in Mandarin, Korean, or Cantonese is advantageous.
