Becton Dickinson (BD) is looking for a Manager, Clinical Services Group to lead efforts integrating complex clinical practice strategies for sustained improvement of patient care. You will create and drive customized clinical processes and systems across assigned hospitals, fostering positive adoption and demonstrating improved patient outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Manage the integration of complex clinical practice strategies for the sustained improvement of patient care.
• Develop and lead focused process improvement initiatives to ensure positive system hospital adoption of processes and products, demonstrating improved patient outcomes.
• Serve as an expert resource to internal and external stakeholders, leveraging knowledge gained through direct clinician interactions and relationships.
• Partner with leadership to develop design strategies and drive utilization of multiple program initiations and development in large hospital systems.
• Research data, partner with data experts, set strategy for key metrics, and present baseline and outcome findings to key stakeholders.
• Manage and perform other incidental duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
• 8 years of previous related experience with direct healthcare management of large clinical organizations.

Nice to Have

• Master's Degree or equivalent 6 years of experience.
• Experience with quality performance, clinical process design, and/or sophisticated clinical pathways.
• Experience managing a large clinical staff, acute pediatric experience, and PICU experience.

• Competitive compensation package commensurate with experience.

• Compensation range: $79,600.00 - $131,300.00 USD Annual.
