Centene Management Company LLC is hiring a Manager, Claims to oversee the daily operations of an assigned Claims Department. In this role, you will ensure members' medical claims and accumulations are processed accurately and on time, directly contributing to Centene's mission of transforming community health.
What You'll Do
- Resolve processing and system issues within the assigned department.
- Prioritize daily work volumes and oversee production status to meet quality and output goals.
- Analyze the impact of new implementations and reallocate staff duties as necessary.
- Assist in developing the annual budget for the Claims Department.
- Drive change initiatives to address future business needs.
- Identify required processes and infrastructure for change, considering a broad range of internal and external factors.
What We're Looking For
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in operations management, financial management/analysis, or claims operations.
- Two or more years in a supervisory capacity, including hiring, training, assigning work, and managing staff performance.
Nice to Have
- Experience preferably in a managed care setting.

- Compensation range: $68,700.00 - $123,700.00 per year.
