Join Dandy as a Manager, Campaign Operations on our Growth team. You will be responsible for translating strategy into operational requirements to ensure campaigns are delivered successfully with accuracy, speed, and consistency.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end lead management, ensuring accurate lead lifecycle tracking and efficient marketing to sales hand-off.
- Manage and optimize Marketo, connected marketing systems, and other integrations for data hygiene, quality, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain lead scoring models and partner closely with marketing analytics to iterate on them.
- Partner with channel managers (paid media, events, email, website) on campaign execution through processes and systems.
- Own the campaign operations ticketing intake system to ensure proper project prioritization.
- Enforce best practices for database management and segmentation.
- Ensure data governance, compliance, and system alignment as we scale into new international markets.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in a Marketing Operations or similar role.
- Proven hands-on experience and deep expertise with Marketo for campaign execution, system administration, and platform management.
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in a B2B high growth tech company.
