Responsibilities
- Contacting clients via phone and other communication channels to sign them up for a trial lesson.
- Providing information about products/services, answering client questions and concerns, and resolving them effectively.
- Ensuring clients are enrolled, re-enrolled, and confirmed for trial lessons.
- Supporting clients throughout the process of enrolling in our school.
Requirements
- You can work full-time (hours are very flexible, but you must be available to work on Saturdays and Sundays)
- You have a Windows or Mac computer/laptop and a stable internet connection
- You are fluent in Polish or have a professional level of communication with clients
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of CRM systems will be an additional advantage
