Samsung Care+ Mobile Manager As the Mobile Samsung Care+ Manager for [Market], you'll be the driving force behind the growth and innovation of our device protection program. Samsung Care+ isn't just an insurance plan—it's our commitment to giving Galaxy device users total peace of mind. By creating cutting-edge care solutions, you'll help boost consumer loyalty and retain device value. Working hand-in-hand with global and regional Care+ product leads, you'll expand our reach, develop groundbreaking programs, and open up new sales channels. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Account Management • Manage critical relationships with local insurance providers • Handle day-to-day partner engagements, including: - Sales performance reviews - Commercial negotiations - Go-to-market planning - Co-marketing initiatives - Solution development - Troubleshooting complex issues • Explore innovative sales programs and revenue models 2. Program Performance & Innovation • Track and analyze Samsung Care+ program performance • Conduct market research and competitive landscape analysis • Develop new business concepts, including: - Rental programs - Subscription models - Guaranteed value offerings - Device refurbishment strategies • Design and run pilot programs • Create implementation guidelines • Report performance to key stakeholders 3. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Align Samsung Care+ programming across device sales, legal, finance, field service, and retail teams • Coordinate with global/regional counterparts • Present program updates to senior leadership Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field • 10+ years business development experience in: - Carrier/retail business - Electronics/mobile manufacturing - Device insurance • Deep understanding of mobile care and customer service repair programs • Experience with: - Retail channel operations - Carrier partnerships - Field force management - Performance tracking • Strong skills in: - Partner agreement negotiations - Organizational navigation - Senior-level relationship management • Technical proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word • Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities * Please visit Samsung membership to see Privacy Policy, which defaults according to your location.
