Working hand-in-hand with global and regional Care+ product leads, you'll expand our reach, develop groundbreaking programs, and open up new sales channels. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Account Management • Manage critical relationships with local insurance providers • Handle day-to-day partner engagements, including: - Sales performance reviews - Commercial negotiations - Go-to-market planning - Co-marketing initiatives - Solution development - Troubleshooting complex issues • Explore innovative sales programs and revenue models 2. Program Performance & Innovation • Track and analyze Samsung Care+ program performance • Conduct market research and competitive landscape analysis • Develop new business concepts, including: - Rental programs - Subscription models - Guaranteed value offerings - Device refurbishment strategies • Design and run pilot programs • Create implementation guidelines • Report performance to key stakeholders 3.
