Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Manager, Audit Support to lead a team dedicated to supporting external audits, due diligence, and third-party information requests. In this role, you will coordinate across departments to gather documentation, ensure timely responses, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Lead a team of Analysts and Senior Analysts to manage responses to auditor requests, due diligence, and findings within required timelines.
- Develop a deep understanding of internal control environments and effectively communicate controls to auditors, bank partners, regulators, and other external parties.
- Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with teams such as Compliance, Legal, Technology, Operations, and Product.
- Document and refine processes to ensure clarity, efficiency, and scalability of audit-related activities.
- Maintain a centralized audit documentation repository to streamline access and reference.
- Oversee and execute special projects or ad-hoc initiatives that enhance audit support operations and collaboration.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or audit environments.
- At least 5 years of demonstrated success in leading teams, with strong coaching and development skills.
- Excellent project management and critical thinking capabilities; highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to internal and external audiences.
- Proficiency in standard productivity tools and audit management systems.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in fintech or financial services.
