About the Role

Samsung Electronics America is looking for a Manager / Assistant Manager, Internal Audit (Korean Speaking). In this role, you will manage and undertake fraud audit assignments to identify key risks to corporate objectives across the SEA & Oceania region.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct extensive and confidential investigations of suspected fraud allegations.
  • Prepare and coordinate field assignments to obtain relevant evidence and information.
  • Conduct interviews with personnel to uncover and gather evidence.
  • Work effectively with data analytics software to examine, compare and analyze large sets of data.
  • Identify and clearly define forensic issues and root causes, recommend improved internal controls and business processes, and ensure corrective action plans are developed.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience for Assistant Manager or 8+ years for Manager in conducting financial/fraud audits as an expert in Digital Forensics.
  • Understanding of financial operations related to Procurement, Sales, Marketing and/or service organizations.
  • Fluent in English language.
  • Business proficiency in Korean language to communicate with Korean counterparts at HQ and subsidiary level.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong relationship building and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office suite skills including PowerPoint and Excel to interpret, visualize and present data.
  • Ability to work independently without the need for supervision.

Nice to Have

  • Experience preferably at a consumer/industry electronics company.
