600 On Location WC, LLC is hiring a Manager, AI Sales Strategy for FIFA World Cup 26™. In this high-impact role, you will act as a business-savvy architect, building, training, and managing a digital workforce of AI agents dedicated to driving sales. You will be responsible for the end-to-end design and deployment of these agents to autonomously handle sales cycles.
What You'll Do
- Build and deploy AI sales agents using Salesforce Agentforce or equivalent tools.
- Design autonomous agents using Salesforce Agentforce, Flow, and Data Cloud.
- Create agents capable of managing the entire B2C sales cycle from outreach to close without human intervention.
- Architect agents that engage B2B leads, identify upsell opportunities, qualify budget and authority, and hand off qualified leads to human representatives.
- Write the agent's logic through prompt engineering and sales-specific programming.
- Monitor agent conversation logs, analyze win/loss rates, A/B test outreach approaches, and continuously refine conversion performance.
- Ensure agents have access to necessary data such as CRM history, product inventory, and pricing to make accurate decisions.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Technical Sales, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Systems Architecture.
- Hands-on experience with the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Practical experience building or configuring AI agents, chatbots, or complex automation workflows.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Salesforce Agentforce (formerly Einstein Copilot), Einstein Bots, or Salesforce Flows.
- Previous experience in a sales role (such as SDR or AE) or working closely with sales leadership.
