Vanta is hiring a Manager, Account Management, Early Stage to lead and support a team of Account Managers responsible for hitting GDR and NRR targets. You will play a key role in shaping the Account Management organization as the company scales and moves up market.
What You'll Do
- Manage and mentor a growing team of high performing Account Managers, providing tools, coaching, and support.
- Evolve Vanta’s expansion and renewal sales playbook by developing and implementing new sales initiatives and strategies.
- Grow the Account Management team through active involvement in recruitment, on-boarding and training.
- Create sales training, conduct weekly forecasting meetings, and mentor direct reports on retention and growth strategies.
- Foster an inclusive Account Management organization representing Vanta’s culture and values.
- Ensure development plans are in place and adapted to each individual for ongoing talent development.
- Collaborate cross functionally to drive better outcomes for prospects and customers headquartered in NAMER.
- Partner with sales and CS leadership to create an agile organization that uses decision frameworks and iterates quickly.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years experience working in B2B SaaS.
- 3+ years of sales or post-sales management/leadership experience at a SaaS business.
Nice to Have
- Experience managing and scaling teams that sell multiple products into multiple personas.
- Thrive in a fast-paced high-volume startup environment.
- Technical competency to understand Vanta’s software and intellectual curiosity about governance, risk and compliance.

This is a remote position open to candidates in SF, NYC, London, Dublin, or Sydney.
