Coordinate significant initiatives under director guidance o Spearhead investigative, benchmarking, and analytical work supporting valuation perspectives o Guarantee high-quality reporting with precise deadline adherence • Client/Business Development o Handle client integration and strategic account management o Participate in proposal generation, business expansion activities (including target identification and networking), and cultivate key relationships within assigned geographic/sector territories • Professional Enhancement o Continuously evolve individual competencies required for role performance, including sector knowledge development and staying current with industry trends • Team Growth o Nurture junior team members through effective assignment management, skill mentorship, and potential training delivery • Financial Administration o Support team budget compliance and assist with administrative tasks including resource allocation and billing processes • Cross-functional Collaboration o Establish robust interdepartmental partnerships and strategize approaches for joint engagement opportunities Requirements Candidate Profile 1. Valuation Expertise a. Comprehensive valuation background, minimum 3-5 years (Consultant/Assistant Manager level) i. Deep comprehension of debt and equity valuation drivers ii. Multinational valuation experience preferred iii. Proficiency in diverse valuation methodologies b. Robust analytical capabilities with infrastructure/energy sector exposure i. Capability to assess third-party due diligence documentation ii. Skill in interpreting project financial models and conducting scenario analyses c. Exceptional report composition skills in English with minimal supervisory requirements d. Advanced Excel proficiency and technology adaptation interest 2. Client Management Experience a. Proven track record managing corporate and fund relationships b. Expertise in securing recurring and new business engagements c. Experience providing valuations for publicly traded entities d.
