- Begin learning the business from day one at a local neighborhood branch
- Act as the primary contact for customers and partners while managing operational tasks behind the scenes
- Acquire the expertise needed to eventually manage a branch, generate new business, and develop a team
- Receive ongoing guidance, mentorship, and support
- Engage with the community to build relationships essential for growing your own business
- Excel in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations
- Learn to prioritize customer needs in all aspects of the role
