Live! Casino & Hotel Louisiana is seeking a Management Development Program Associate for recent graduates interested in launching a career in entertainment, gaming, and hospitality. This rotational program immerses you in each major department, combining hands-on learning with leadership coaching to prepare you for a future management position.
What You'll Do
- Commit to successfully completing the full program to be considered for future opportunities.
- Complete the Live! Leadership Development Curriculum alongside functional area rotations.
- Attend virtual coaching sessions with a dedicated leadership coach.
- Demonstrate flexibility and openness to work and learn in a wide array of environments.
- Work all shifts, including day, swing, weekdays, weekends, and holidays, to understand 24-hour operations.
- Master and passionately implement the Live! 5 Service Standards to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Ensure guests receive a favorable gaming experience by being unique and spontaneous.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree with a graduation date between May 2025 and June 2026.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Openness to future relocation based on open positions within the organization.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license as determined by the jurisdictional gaming regulatory body.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently and professionally.
- Ability to read, comprehend basic instructions, and compute basic math calculations.
- An upbeat, outgoing, and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a loud, high-energy environment.
- Availability to work all shifts, including day, swing, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to perform duties under frequent time pressure in an interruptive environment.
- Ability to handle multi-tasking heavy work, exerting up to 50 lbs occasionally and 30 lbs frequently.
- Physical ability to bend, stoop, squat, stand for long periods, climb, stretch, twist, and reach.
- Ability to work under variable temperatures and noise levels.
Nice to Have
- A Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or Business.
- Proficiency in a second language, particularly an Asian language or Spanish.
Team & Environment
You will rotate through all major departments, working closely with positions ranging from hourly team members to senior executive leadership.
Work Mode
This role is fully onsite at our location in Bossier, Louisiana.
