Live! Casino and Hotel Philadelphia is looking for a Poker Supervisor to ensure the successful operation of our Poker Room. In this role, you will safeguard company assets, maintain game integrity, and ensure every guest has a favorable gaming experience.

What You'll Do

Review staffing levels to maintain operational effectiveness
Control cards and equipment
Supervise and manage the performance of poker dealers
Develop staff, including evaluating, hiring, and training
Assist Poker Floor Supervisor/Greeter with monitoring, reviewing, and managing the department’s promotions and tournaments
Review poker room activities and promotional status with Director of Poker
Assist Poker Floor Supervisor/Greeter with monitoring and adjusting performance to local competition
Provide excellent customer service
Ensure the safety and security of guests and employees

What We're Looking For

One (1) to two (2) years’ experience as a poker dealer or poker floor supervisor with a four (4) year degree in related fields or equivalent work experience
Technical school education in dealing specified games
Ability to comply with all state gaming regulations, which may include obtaining a license
