Live! Casino and Hotel Philadelphia is looking for a Poker Supervisor to ensure the successful operation of our Poker Room. In this role, you will safeguard company assets, maintain game integrity, and ensure every guest has a favorable gaming experience.
What You'll Do
- Review staffing levels to maintain operational effectiveness
- Control cards and equipment
- Supervise and manage the performance of poker dealers
- Develop staff, including evaluating, hiring, and training
- Assist Poker Floor Supervisor/Greeter with monitoring, reviewing, and managing the department’s promotions and tournaments
- Review poker room activities and promotional status with Director of Poker
- Assist Poker Floor Supervisor/Greeter with monitoring and adjusting performance to local competition
- Provide excellent customer service
- Ensure the safety and security of guests and employees
What We're Looking For
- One (1) to two (2) years’ experience as a poker dealer or poker floor supervisor with a four (4) year degree in related fields or equivalent work experience
- Technical school education in dealing specified games
- Ability to comply with all state gaming regulations, which may include obtaining a license
