Live! Casino and Hotel Philadelphia is hiring a Lead Facilities Engineer to direct and oversee the functionality, safety, and operations of our dynamic facility. You'll ensure all building systems, mechanical equipment, and grounds comply with local, state, and federal regulations within our 24/7 high-energy environment.

What You'll Do

Conduct facility inspections and document all maintenance and repairs in the property management system.
Direct and maintain documentation for energy management, conservation, and preventive maintenance programs.
Lead capital projects and property rehabilitations, including scheduling, budgeting, and contractor bid compliance.
Interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule, and evaluate facilities staff.
Review and approve plans for budget control, labor efficiency, engineering effectiveness, and customer service.
Review and approve cost control reports, cost estimates, and resource requirement forecasts.

What We're Looking For

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience as a journey mechanic or engineer in hospitality or a related field.
Ability to obtain and maintain the required state gaming license for the position.
Ability to read, write, understand instructions, and use all necessary maintenance tools and equipment.
Knowledge of OSHA standards, safety requirements, and personal protective equipment.
Ability to perform duties under frequent time pressure in an interruptive environment.
Strong analytical, numerical, and reasoning abilities with the capacity to analyze building systems for design and performance.
Ability to remain informed on state-of-the-art developments affecting facility operations and to communicate positively while instructing team members.
