OneImaging is looking for a Managed Care Contracting & Recruitment Manager to lead provider recruitment efforts for our premium radiology imaging network. You will be responsible for outreach, relationship building, and contract negotiation to expand our network of radiology providers, supporting our mission of affordable, accessible imaging for patients.
What You'll Do
- Conduct high-volume outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and onsite visits to imaging centers across target markets.
- Present providers with the value proposition of joining the network, including upfront payments, increased referrals, and streamlined contracting.
- Negotiate contractual terms and develop a fee schedule proposal strategy using transparency tools and market analysis data.
- Work cross-functionally with legal, credentialing, and provider operations teams to onboard contracted providers.
- Maintain accurate documentation of outreach activities, follow-ups, and contract statuses.
- Track weekly KPIs, including calls made, contacts reached, meetings set, and contracts executed.
- Stay informed on payer contracting standards and trends in outpatient imaging reimbursement.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in managed care contracting, provider relations, or network development.
- Strong understanding of payer-provider dynamics, fee-for-service models, and basic contracting terms.
- Demonstrated success in outbound business development or high-volume provider recruitment.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, able to thrive in a performance-based environment.
- Proficient with CRM systems and Excel/Google Sheets.
