RemoteVA PH is seeking a Zoho Manager to spearhead the migration of a jewelry business's operations into the Zoho ecosystem. You will lead the transfer of data and workflows for inventory, customer records, sales, and invoicing, followed by ongoing system management and optimization.
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end migration of business operations to Zoho, including Inventory, CRM, Sales, Invoicing, and Integrations
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather and structure existing data for migration
- Configure Zoho modules to align with company workflows and product categories
- Set up automation, reporting dashboards, and user roles within Zoho
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance throughout the migration process
- Provide ongoing system management, updates, and troubleshooting
- Train team members on Zoho usage and best practices
- Liaise with Zoho support and third-party vendors for integration needs
