Arch Insurance Canada Ltd. is seeking a Writer and Journalist to join our team. You will produce compelling, accurate, and engaging written content across various platforms, covering news, features, and human-interest stories.
What You'll Do
- Research, write, and edit articles, reports, and features for print and digital platforms.
- Conduct interviews and gather information from reliable sources.
- Develop original story ideas aligned with organizational goals and audience interests.
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to journalistic ethics in all content.
- Collaborate with editors, photographers, and other team members to deliver high-quality outputs.
- Adapt writing style for different formats like news, features, press releases, blogs, and social media.
- Meet deadlines and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Stay updated on current events, trends, and industry developments.
What We're Looking For
- Expert in English (written and spoken).
- Minimum of 2–3 years of professional writing or journalism experience.
- Proven portfolio of published articles, essays, or reports demonstrating expertise in English writing.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communication, English, or a related field.
