Lessen is looking for a Maintenance Technician to maintain and service residential properties in the Whites Creek/Nashville area. You'll be responsible for ensuring properties are kept in excellent condition through hands-on work.
What You'll Do
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on residential properties
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues across various systems
- Complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
- Maintain accurate records of work performed
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a hands-on maintenance or repair role
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in general maintenance
Work Mode
This is a local, in-person position based in and around the Whites Creek, TN area. You will be traveling to various property locations within this region to perform your duties.
