RahrBSG is hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Account Representative 1 to provide essential support for sales and customer service functions. You will be a key point of contact for our clients, ensuring high-quality service and support.
What You'll Do
- Deliver excellent customer service and support to clients
- Actively support sales functions and account management
- Communicate effectively with customers in both English and French
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries and issues
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in both English and French (oral and written)
- Proven experience in a customer service or account support role
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position. Candidates must be located in Saint-Laurent, Quebec, or Guelph, Ontario.
