Responsibilities
- Complete service requests and make-ready turns independently
- Diagnose and repair intermediate HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
- Perform preventative maintenance and building inspections
- Participate in move-in and move-out inspections
- Maintain inventory and organize the shop
- Respond to on-call and emergency service requests
- Demonstrate safe use of tools, diagnostic equipment, and chemical safety procedures
- Maintain personal tool inventory
- Complete required safety and compliance training
- Perform additional duties consistent with the position as needed
