ASR Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to provide direct supervision and coordination for craft personnel performing major repair work in our refinery. Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you will be responsible for maintaining technical expertise, developing training plans, and ensuring the productivity and safety of the team.
What You'll Do
- Supervise, motivate, and train mechanical personnel within your assigned area.
- Ensure productivity regarding the timeliness of diagnosing and completing maintenance and repairs.
- Monitor the effectiveness of the preventive maintenance program to minimize plant breakdowns.
- Participate in planning and scheduling work for plant personnel or outside contractors.
- Maintain good labor relations, morale, and discipline, initiating corrective actions when required.
- Support all other maintenance shops as needed, including daily tasks and providing vacation relief.
- Work with storeroom personnel to ensure maintenance materials inventory is accurate and available.
- Ensure personnel follow all GMP and safety policies.
- Work with accountability group(s) to accomplish Key Results and 5S strategy.
What We're Looking For
- 5 years of supervisory experience on a maintenance team in a refinery or similar manufacturing operation.
- 10 years of electrical and instrumentation experience in an industrial setting.
- Mechanical knowledge.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and train employees in a team-based environment.
- Familiarity with NDT methods and ability to interpret vibration and oil analysis reports.
- Strong computer skills: Experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Experience with a CMMS platform (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, or similar).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead, supervise, and make decisions.
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays, as appropriate.
- A 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP.
Nice to Have
- Electrical knowledge.
- Scheduling, planning, or similar inventory and preventive maintenance program experience.
- Industrial food processing experience.

Benefits & Compensation
- Salary Range: $81,500 - $151,000
