Dana TM4 is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the reliable and efficient operation of all plant equipment and systems. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing maintenance strategies that support continuous production and uphold stringent safety and quality standards.
What You'll Do
- Supervise, plan, and coordinate preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities.
- Implement maintenance strategies to reduce wear and extend equipment lifespan.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards, including IATF 16949 and ISO 9001, by overseeing proper procedure execution.
- Implement and monitor safety protocols, conduct internal audits, and provide continuous training on risk prevention.
