M&T Bank is hiring a Maintenance Scheduling & Inventory Clerk to provide essential administrative support for our maintenance operations. In this role, you will ensure efficient maintenance workflows, manage critical inventory, and support data-driven decision making.

What You'll Do

• Create preventive maintenance schedules for new and existing equipment within the CMMS system.
• Generate weekly work orders for planned equipment and facilities maintenance.
• Create and maintain maintenance work orders using the CMMS system.
• Create purchase orders for equipment service and replacement parts.
• Create reports analyzing repair costs and equipment repair frequency.
• Maintain files and documentation for all plant equipment.
• Assist the Maintenance Manager with assigning work to maintenance mechanics.
• Organize and manage the equipment spare parts inventory.

What We're Looking For

• Regular attendance is essential for this role.
• Expertise with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Able to understand verbal work instructions.
• Prior experience with computerized shop management (manufacturing or automotive) or computerized maintenance systems software (CMMS) is essential.

Nice to Have

• Experience with MVPOne is a plus.
