Ferrero Group is seeking a motivated intern to join a technically skilled team for a 12-month Maintenance Internship. You'll be treated as an integral team member, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-moving manufacturing environment focused on equipment performance and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

Assist with maintenance planning and preventive maintenance activities to improve equipment reliability and site performance.
Support inspections, fault-finding, and basic repairs across machinery and production equipment.
Contribute to continuous improvement projects focused on efficiency, safety, and operational effectiveness.
Assist with documentation, reporting, and analysis related to maintenance performance and improvement initiatives.

Nice to Have

Currently studying towards, or have recently completed, a degree-level qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Mechanical/Electrical disciplines.
Equivalent experience or alternative academic backgrounds with strong technical aptitude are also welcomed.

Team & Environment

You will be an integral member of the Maintenance team, reporting directly to the team leadership and contributing to real operational priorities.

Work Mode

This is an onsite position located in the United Kingdom.
