Mota-Engil is hiring a Maintenance Engineer MEP to oversee critical maintenance operations and coordinate teams on-site. You will play a central role in ensuring the smooth daily dynamics of maintenance works.

What You'll Do

Coordinate and lead maintenance teams.
Execute and monitor comprehensive maintenance plans.
Control the daily development and progress of maintenance work dynamics.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electromechanical, or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience managing and coordinating maintenance teams.
Strong technical knowledge in HVAC, Hydraulics, and Electricity.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Proficiency in the English language.
Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and proactivity.
High standards of rigor and reliability.
Excellent planning and organizational skills.
Willingness and availability for mobility.
