Mota-Engil is looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Rwanda. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating maintenance teams and ensuring the smooth execution of technical works. You will develop, monitor, and oversee the daily progress and operational dynamics of our maintenance plans.

What We're Looking For

A degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in coordinating maintenance teams.
Technical knowledge in HVAC, Hydraulics, and Electricity.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Fluency in English.
Strong leadership skills, initiative, proactiveness, accuracy, and reliability.
Excellent planning and organizational skills.
Availability for mobility.
