The Maintenance Engineer will manage maintenance teams, design and supervise maintenance planning, and monitor daily progress and operational performance of maintenance activities in Rwanda.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the activities of maintenance teams
- Create, implement, and track maintenance plans
- Monitor daily progress and operational efficiency of maintenance operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electromechanical, or Mechanical Engineering
- At least 5 years of professional experience managing maintenance teams
- Strong technical expertise in HVAC, hydraulics, and electrical systems
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent in English
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Proactive mindset with a high level of initiative
- High accuracy and dependability in task execution
- Strong planning and organizational capabilities
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed
