Responsibilities
- Carry out scheduled preventative and predictive maintenance using MEX to ensure equipment reliability and recommend critical spare parts.
- Diagnose and repair equipment faults promptly and cost-effectively, performing root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
- Maintain essential site services such as cooling systems, compressed air, and gas to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Oversee building and infrastructure maintenance, including electrical systems, and coordinate with contractors and landlords as needed.
- Support automation initiatives by developing and commissioning solutions, upgrading equipment, and contributing to project planning and costing.
- Ensure full compliance with WHSE policies and relevant legislation, promote a proactive safety culture, and conduct inductions and training.
- Uphold high housekeeping and food safety standards in line with HACCP and GMP principles.
- Assist with engineering projects and fabrication tasks as directed by the Maintenance Manager.

Compensation
$45.00 to $53.00 per hour (depending on experience) + additional KiwiSaver
