Kyndryl is looking for a Mainframe Systems Administration professional to join our team in Brazil. In this role, you will solve complex problems and identify potential future issues across a spectrum of platforms and services, managing client systems data and providing day-to-day solutions and security compliance.
What You'll Do
- Solve complex problems and identify potential future issues across the spectrum of platforms and services.
- Manage systems data for clients and provide day-to-day solutions and security compliance.
- Oversee a queue of assignments and work directly with technicians, prioritizing tickets to deliver the best solutions to our clients.
- Recommend modernization options, identify new business opportunities, and cultivate relationships with other teams and stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Mainframe skills: ISPF, Control M (Ops level), Dataset handling, DB2 tables, TSO utilities, JCL
- Distributed Systems: Unix and Windows administration, Websphere JVM, Citrix, MQ
- Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019 implementation and management
- VMware ESX experience
- Fluent English
Nice to Have
- Automation experience, especially IaaS (infrastructure as a code)
- Vulnerability management
- Microsoft Active Directory and federation services
