Babelgroup is hiring an Infrastructure Engineer

Babelgroup is looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on operating Windows-based services, managing virtualized and cloud environments in Azure, and driving automation across our hybrid infrastructure.

What You'll Do

• Install, configure, and operate servers running Windows Server 2019 or above.
• Administer core infrastructure services including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and File Server.
• Create and manage virtual servers on VMware ESX 7 or above.
• Implement and maintain infrastructure using automation and Infrastructure as Code principles.
• Manage integrations using technologies like REST APIs, PowerCLI, Python, JSON, PowerShell, or YAML.
• Monitor and maintain infrastructure availability.
• Participate in infrastructure improvement and modernization initiatives.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure stable and secure environments.

What We're Looking For

• University degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 1 year of formal work experience in infrastructure or systems administration.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server 2019 or above.
• Experience administering Windows Server infrastructure services like Active Directory Domain Services, DNS, DHCP, and File Server.
• Experience with VMware ESX 7 or above.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using PowerShell, PowerCLI, or Python.
• Experience with IaaS services in Microsoft Azure.
