Mae Health is seeking a Product Manager to own and advance product areas impacting our members, doulas, and internal operational teams. This role guides the development of scalable, user-centered solutions to drive engagement, revenue, and health outcomes. It is a strategic and execution-focused position in a fast-paced, mission-driven startup.
What You'll Do
- Lead product strategy for assigned areas by defining and maintaining the strategic roadmap grounded in user need and business goals.
- Drive discovery and problem solving through structured research, translating insights into problem statements, hypotheses, and user stories.
- Collaborate across internal teams to understand workflows and translate feedback into scalable solutions.
- Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate impact, inform prioritization, and iterate on solutions.
- Deliver seamless execution by working cross-functionally with Product Marketing, UX Design, Data, and Engineering to scope, prioritize, and deliver initiatives.
- Ensure post-release readiness by supporting launch execution, rollout, and adoption in alignment with Product Marketing and Programs.
- Champion continuous improvement by refining processes, product experiences, and operational impact.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- Experience managing tech-enabled services in a highly regulated industry like healthcare, education, or financial services.
- Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Experience owning the full product development lifecycle from discovery through post-launch iteration.
- Highly organized and effective at managing complex projects with multiple workstreams.
- Resourceful quick learner who can rapidly develop subject-matter understanding.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including writing clear user stories and product documentation.
- Embraces a culture of learning, iteration, and operational excellence.
- Takes full ownership of assigned product areas and drives work forward independently.
Nice to Have
- Digital health experience is a plus, but not required.
