Littleton Coin Company is hiring a Machine Operator I to operate packaging equipment in our production facility. You will be responsible for operating PakRapid and AutoBag machines to prepare coins for retail sale, following strict safety and quality guidelines in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Input and retrieve information on a computer system for package printing.
- Accurately place coins into designated slots for packaging.
- Perform minor adjustments and routine maintenance, such as film and ribbon changes.
- Maintain quality by performing random checks throughout the packaging process.
- Remove finished product from the machines and organize accordingly.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3-12 months of relevant experience (we will train).
- 20/20 corrected vision.
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds (more with assistance).
- Good hand-eye coordination and ability to use both hands.
- Ability to use computer-operated machine systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to periodically work on ladders or at slightly elevated levels.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
