GTO Wizard is looking for a Machine Learning Researcher to advance our AI engine's capabilities. You will conduct research and development in reinforcement learning and game theory, working within an environment that values autonomy and excellence.

What You'll Do

Conduct research and development in reinforcement learning and game theory.
Act as a technical expert guiding the research of multiple projects simultaneously.
Collaborate with researchers and engineers to bring research ideas into production.
Create prototypes targeting practical adoption within our platform.
Keep up-to-date with the latest research by reviewing scientific literature.

What We're Looking For

A PhD in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Theoretical research experience with a track record of delivering results or publications in top machine learning venues.
A strong understanding of mathematics in fields like optimization and game theory.
Extensive, hands-on expertise in machine learning, particularly reinforcement learning or game theory.
Exceptional communication, cross-discipline collaboration, and leadership skills.
