Fives Stein (Division Steel & Glass) is seeking an M&A Intern to join our team in Paris. This 6-month internship starting in early July offers the chance to support the Group M&A Director on growth and development projects across France and internationally. You will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic M&A environment within an industrial group committed to making industry loved.
What You'll Do
- Accompany the M&A Director during transactions, such as partnerships.
- Participate in due diligence operations, including dataroom reviews and Q&A.
- Develop commercial intelligence tools, such as databases and presentations.
- Participate in financial modeling for business plans and evaluations.
- Actively contribute to market screening to identify new acquisition targets.
- Participate in meetings with Fives top management.
What We're Looking For
- Currently a student in M&A from a business or engineering school.
- Availability for a full-time, 6-month internship starting in early July.
- Rigorous, curious, open-minded, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of corporate finance principles.
- Excellent computer skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent level of English.

- A first experience in a major consulting firm, private equity fund, or investment bank.
