FeverUp is hiring a freelance Event Coordinator to manage its popular Candlelight concerts in Hong Kong. This role involves full on-site event management and coordination, primarily taking place on weekends.
What You'll Do
- Lead on-site concert coordination across pre-production and production phases.
- Supervise teams of up to 15 people and manage relationships with up to 10 service provider companies.
- Manage institutional relations with local authorities, companies, and associations.
- Ensure a consistently smooth and positive experience for the audience.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in logistics and team management.
- Knowledge of the live performance or events sector.
- Strong stress and contingency management skills.
- Fluency in both English and Chinese.

This is a freelance position based in Hong Kong.
