FeverUp is looking for a freelance Event Manager to execute on-site production for the Fever Originals flagship Candlelight concert series. You will be the driving force behind delivering high-quality, safe events, managing everything from vendor coordination to team leadership, with hours that flex month to month.
What You'll Do
- Follow instructions and materials provided by your manager to deliver successful events.
- Manage and adhere to all scheduled event timings.
- Implement new or amended production details, company policies, and procedures.
- Act as the primary Artist Liaison.
- Report and provide feedback on issues and queries to management.
- Handle all production management and on-site logistical issues.
- Manage vocal microphone channels and aux music on the sound desk, and oversee distribution and use of microphones.
- Direct and manage soundchecks.
- Manage all vendor relationships and performance.
- Brief and liaise directly with the venue.
- Direct, manage, support, and brief the on-site team.
- Host the event and serve as the main point of contact.
- Deal with customer queries and complaints effectively.
- Ensure the high-quality execution of every event.
- Complete post-event reports and any incident report forms.
- Manage unforeseen circumstances and emergencies.
- Provide photographs and detailed feedback after each event.
- Encourage high performance and implement improvements with individual team members and the entire team.

Team & Environment
You will be part of the on-site events team, reporting directly to a Manager.
Work Mode
This is an onsite role. Event hours are flexible and will vary month to month.
